At Elite Sports Kits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help guide you through our 30-day return policy.

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original tags and packaging must remain attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly at no extra charge to you.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
